Each bedroom has its own private shower room and is situated within a secure cluster flat with a shared fitted kitchen and communal living area.

Electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi and use of the washing and drying facilities are included, subject to fair usage.

Room rates:

Standard room – £169.99 per week
Medium room – £179.99 per week
Large room – £189.99 per week

£300 deposit. Individual bookings are accepted, so students do not need to apply as part of a group.

The purpose-built accommodation benefits from secure access-card entry, regular cleaning of communal areas and professional property management. It is conveniently located for Northampton town centre and the University of Northampton.

Students only. Applicants must provide proof of current student status.

Council tax: Full-time students may qualify for exemption, subject to confirmation by the local authority and provision of a valid student-status certificate.
