I’m looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to take the second bedroom in my 2-bed flat at Pinnacle House on Woolmonger Street, Northampton.

The Space & Rent:
Rent: £625 per month
Bills: Water is already included in the rent. We'll just be splitting electricity, council tax, and wifi equally.

Furnishing: Mostly furnished, clean, and ready to move into from mid September.

About the Place:
You’ll be sharing the flat with me. I work full-time. I'm clean, quiet, and easygoing. I like keeping the flat relaxed during the week, but I'm always up for a friendly chat or going out with.
