Single room in Northampton town centre house

The room comes with a single bed, a desk and chair and floor to ceiling shelves for storage. Please note that this is a very small room which is why the rent is so low.

The house is a larger than average Victorian terrace, located 5 minutes from the town centre, just behind The Mounts Swimming Baths, very near to Aldi supermarket. It's 10 minutes walk to the bus station and 20 minutes walk to the train station. It has broadband, gas fired central heating, a kitchen with lots of storage space, living room, upstairs bathroom with bath/shower, back garden with patio, a cellar and a side alleyway for cycle storage. Road parking is permit only (£35 per year) although it is generally very easy to find a place to park. It's a quiet and clean house and we are looking to keep it that way.

It is to share with three other professionals. I am the owner but I only stay two weekends a month.
