Included in the price is all bills and wireless broadband.

There is a fully equiped kitchen along with washing machine.

The house is very clean and tidy and we are looking for someone who is of the same nature that will respect the house as it was their home.

We are all very friendly and unlike other house shares we dont just class this as a room to rent, we like you to treat it as your home.

We are all working professionals who work all different hours.

The room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your requirements.
