The room is a good size and fully furnished. The flat is first floor so it is safe and secure. It is one minute from a huge park. Communal lounge and kitchen. Shared bathroom. Wireless internet. There is an allocated parking space at the back of the flats in the car park with security lighting. The flat is on Primrose Hill, Barrack Road, 10 minutes walk from town centre, right on bus routes to town, University, Moulton Park and Brackmills (eg Barclaycard). It is also a 5 minute drive from Northampton train station. I'm easygoing and would like a similar person who is tidy and easygoing too. All bills included (except telephone). £360 per calendar month and £250 deposit. Room available from Monday 17th June 2013.
