Gorgeous large double room, The Mounts

I have a spacious double room available to rent in my gorgeous terrace house in The Mounts area of Northampton. The house is a stone’s throw away from the racecourse and within short walking distance of the university and the town centre.

I’m not living in the house myself because I am based in London, but I have rented out one of the rooms to a young couple.

I'm looking for one other person for the second bedroom. The current tenants are looking for a lovely, friendly, considerate and tidy person to share the house with. Ideally you will be between the ages of 25 and 40 and looking for a relaxed and cosy home, rather than a formal house share.

While this is a sociable house with people often dropping in for drinks and dinner, it is not a party house. It would suit a working professional or mature student.

The room is fully furnished with: bed, mattress, chest of draws and built in wardrobe/cupboard.

The rest of the house is fully furnished and kitted out with all the essentials, including dishwasher, TV and washing machine. There is also a south west facing garden.

The rent is £430 per calendar month. This includes most of the bills -- council tax, wifi and water. Gas and electricity are the only bills that the tenants are responsible for.
