This is a clean, quiet property in a quiet residential street (dead end so no through traffic), and is within easy walking distance to the town center or there is a bus stop at the end of the road.

The rent includes cable TV (inc. all sports channels) and wireless broadband.

There is a shared lounge and a large kitchen/diner, so privacy or quiet time is never a problem.

The ideal person would be easy going, like to socialize over a glass of wine occasionally, but the house is large enough for you to get away and have alone time when required. I am looking for a clean and tidy person, respectful of others.

I have a very friendly dog, so it is vital you like dogs.
