Double room available in tidy homely houseshare

Hi,

We're a young professional couple working in London and Towcester. Our current flatmates are moving out of Northampton and onto pastures new, we're therefore looking for someone cool - or similarly cool couple - to share our house with.

We're currently renting until 28 May 2014 so we'd hope our new flatmate(s) could stay until then however we would consider shorter terms too.

About the house:

A nice, well-kept Victorian terrace. All mod-cons, great shower, fast broadband, freeview tv, patio garden, study, living-dining room and large well appointed separate kitchen. We have all the pots, pans, plates, bedding etc. you could need so there is nothing to do other than move in and enjoy the room! The room itself is a double with a comfy bed and a relatively new mattress. It's at the back of the house so extra quiet.

You will be living with two young professionals, 27 & 28, and Sleepy the cat (pictured somewhere). All clean, tidy & sociable (us, always; Sleepy, less so). Fortnightly cleaner. Room, well furnished (double bed, wardrobe etc). 12 mins walk to the station, easy access for town centre, M1 & Pitsford Water for weekend strolls. New pub round the corner & shops a minute's walk away.

Photos don't exactly do it justice. (I'm a terrible photographer.) No preferences as to flatmates. Single or couple, all backgrounds welcome. Just clean, tidy & happy to rub along together.

About us: We love to cook so you will often find us whipping something up in the kitchen. We also like live music and a good quiz so often on the look out for these. Ayesha, my girlfriend is a veggie and and a yogi but don't let that put you off :)

The room is £395 PCM for singles & £485 PCM for couples, all bills in. Available this week and flexible as to move in dates.
