I am a 34 years old professional female, with positive outlook in life, easy going, friendly and polite. I am looking for house mate rather than renting a room out, so we can share the occasional dinner and respect each other privacy and personal space. The house has plenty of room to accomodate this: a pretty garden, a conservatory and another small bedroom/study, in addition to the living room, all indoors space is No Smoking area :).There is a downstairs shower room as well as the upstairs bathroom. All bils included, free WiFi available. Monday to Friday lodgers also welcomed.
