We have a very spacious double room, £375pcm inclusive, available now. The room is in a friendly house share, with two girls and one guy all professionals. The house is clean quiet and friendly, situated 5 minutes walk from the main bus station and 10 minutes from the town centre and train station.
The room is fully furnished with double bed, bedside cabinet, two double wardrobes, chest of drawers desk and chair. The room has recently been refurbished with new laminate flooring. The cost is inclusive of all bills and council tax. TV and internet (virgin cable broadband - which is fast) is shared between the roommates. We are looking for a friendly person who is willing to share in keeping the house clean and reasonably tidy! The bathroom has a bath and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with new oven hob and extractor and a microwave/oven. There are two fridges and freezers, washing machine kettle and toaster etc. There is a modern lounge with leather corner suite and leather double settee. There is also a refurbished cellar room for shared use. The house has central heating and double glazing. There is a sunny walled garden at the rear with patio table and chairs On street parking - residents parking permits available from the council for a small fee £25 p. a. Two months rent is required in advance with a 6 months renewable contract, two months notice is required when you wish to leave. I do not ask for a deposit. There is also a contract with British Gas included which covers emergency callouts for all the utilities in the event of breakdown.
