Large room available in mid-terraced house overlooking Abington Park suitable for a cat-loving single person only. The room is situated on the second floor and is very private. You would be sharing the house with our cat Fuji and a friendly semi-retired professional couple who enjoy yoga, live music, cooking, kayaking, films, walking etc. The room is comfortably furnished with a double bed, large built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and has a separate en-suite toilet/shower. There are French windows opening onto a private balcony with lovely views overlooking Abington Park.

Shared use of large kitchen/diner and garden.

The house is situated just off Wellingborough Road close to all local amenities, shops and restaurants etc., 20 minutes walk to town centre. Plenty of on-street parking with no restrictions.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t work from home and will appreciate and respect the quiet, homely and retreat-like vibe here.
