* Please note that this is an all female household working within the medical industry. With their preferences at heart the new tenant will ideally be female and working within the medical profession*.

The house is within five minutes walk from the General Hospital, and a similar amount of time to the top of the town centre. The rental includes all bills (with the exception of the tenant's own TV licence).

The rental figure of £149. oo per week (the equivalent to £645. oo per calendar month) includes all energy bills, council tax, wireless broadband, free weekend calls (to UK landline numbers only), and the satellite TV package in the living room.

As landlords we have solely catered for tenants within the medical profession (i. e. hospital staff), therefore with the existing tenants in mind there is an understandable preference for any new tenant to be holding a related occupation at the General Hospital. Also, with the existing Tenants' interests at heart this is a property for non-smokers. Sorry, but the room is purely for single occupancy.
