The room has three double plug sockets, TV point, radiator (with adjustable thermostat),and two double glazed windows with blinds and curtains
The rental fee includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband and Virgin media TV package in the communal living area), unless the Tenant owns their own television, in which case the Tenant will need to have their own TV license for their room.
