Short term lodger only ensuite double room!

Hi, please read ad very carefully before replying to me. Send a message or text if I don't reply. Message me when you can view the room and also your information. I dont want people who can't move in for over a month or longer messaging me I won't reply unless I know your basic information and when you are able/looking to move.

1 of 2 rooms available...I live in one room currently I am not fussed if the new lodger wants that room. It is £35 more but much bigger! Also en suite also fully furnished.

Fully furnished king-sized bed and smart TV in room also. Access to netflix and prime video accounts if you ask nicely!

Kitchen is on the small side so if you're an aspiring chef might not work great for you. House has a shared living room and a small gravelled garden with a table.

Good location next to the racecourse and Olde England and Picturedrome along with convenience and takeaway places as it is just off the Kettering Road with good bus links to town and also industrial estates around town. Walk of around 10 minutes to a Tesco express and an Aldi.

I am currently in process of selling the house so need somoene who is only looking to rent very short term. I have a lodger who has lived with me for around 18 months now and she is a nice polite and respectful fulltime worker.

I would like someone who works normal hours rather than shift work due to both the lodger and myself doing 'normal hours'. If you are looking for somewhere short term please message me on here or on the site telling me how long you need the room for. The video illustrates the size of the rooms. I would prefer to rent the smaller one with the bathroom out.
