The house is approximately five minutes walk from the General Hospital, and a similar amount of time to the top of the town centre. The room has three double plug sockets, TV point, radiator (with adjustable thermostat),and a double glazed window with vertical black out blinds.

The weekly rent is £144. oo (the equivalent to £624. oo per calendar month), and includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband and Virgin Media TV package in the communal living area).

* Fully enclosed private rear garden laid to decking and patio.
* Extensive double cellar providing storage space for all tenants.
* Fully integrated smoke alarm system, fire extinguishers and fire doors throughout the property.

As landlords we have solely catered for tenants within the medical profession (i. e. hospital staff), therefore in respect of the existing tenants' requests in mind the new tenant would be female and employed at one of the local hospitals. Also, with the existing tenants' interests at heart this is a property for non-smokers.
