Large Room in 3 bed House on Golf & Leisure Resort

We have a recently renovated lodge on the Overstone Park Golf and Leisure Resort overlooking the 18th green. It has two small bedrooms and one large (available). There is one parking space available outside the lodge and the resort has security. There is currently one professional (Jonathan)who stays 2 or 3 nights a week. No smoking or pets have ever been permitted.
The resort has golf, swimming, tennis and gym facilities all of which can be used at preferential rates which will be disclosed to interested parties. Shared kitchen, Lounge, Bathroom and separate shower. BBQ on patio at rear overlooking woodland. There is also a bar and restaurant in the clubhouse.
