Medium sized bedroom with private bathroom for rent in two bedroom two bathroom flat

Medium sized room, big enough for a double bed, and a private bathroom across the hall with toilet, tub and shower. The room has carpet, but I have a Hoover so it's easy to keep clean. The rest of the flat is basically furnished but you'll have to provide your own bed and wardrobe. There is a spacious shared living space and kitchen and a balcony. Kitchen has a dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven and a washing machine/dryer. The rest of the flat has wood click flooring. Lots of big windows, and flat building is only 9 years old. Rent is £430 all bills included(council tax, electricity and water). I don't have a tv license or broadband, I just share the wifi from my phone, but getting a new phone contract in September so may be interested in getting broadband and sharing it. Id like to sign a rent agreement until July 2015, but we could possibly negotiate that. Flat also has two parking spaces. 20 min walk to town center, 5 min walk to bus stop on Wellingborough road and 3 grocery stores within 10 min walk.
