Two nice bright double rooms to rent. Bathroom facilities are shared however there are two bathrooms within the property one of which will be predominately for lodgers use. Both rooms are furnished and have bags of storage space. Good Broadband /WIFI. House is ideally suited for quick and easy access to Northampton town centre. A 10 minute drive to Northampton Hospital and university campus's. There is also a bus stop outside the house and a large supermarket a stones throw away. I live with my son and also have an older son who returns home from time to time. I am ideally looking for professional people. Although I have stated that I would want a non smoker I am willing to accept a smoker if they don't mind smoking in the garden.
