Furnished Double Bedroom

Looking for interesting, sociable person to join myself and my other lodgers. We are all friendly and share the house work so would expect any potential lodger to do the same. Primarily looking for single occupancy however would consider couples for additional rent.

The house includes one family sized shared bathroom on the first floor and a wet room on the ground floor. Rent will include all bills (council tax, all utilities, broadband, TV licence). Hope to hear from you soon.
