Large, Top Floor Attic Conversion With En-Suite

I've recently bought this house and am looking for just one lodger. The property is a 4-bed, spacious/bright end of terrace plot which has recently been refurbished throughout. On the top floor, the front to back wall is over 9 metres which includes the en-suite to the rear as well as open storage to the side of this. The room's width is just over 4 metres by carpet measurement although the sloping ceiling make it feel slightly smaller. There is plenty of light with two skylights and three additional side windows on the top floor, one being in the en-suite.

The first floor has three bedrooms which I'll need for study/guest rooms, and one bathroom. Downstairs, the ceilings are high and main living area spacious with both dining and seating areas, all open plan. The kitchen is also a very good size, with new appliances, backing onto the garden.

I'm 31 and will be working in London so will be out of the house much of the day during the week. I currently have the full sky TV package installed so if watching TV downstairs you may have to put up with a bit of sport now and then! Keen to find someone i could get along with otherwise watching TV downstairs together may not be so much fun!

Ideal person would be a professional in their 20s/30s but I'm not overly fussed, provided that you are sociable, clean and tidy, and respect the place whether I'm there or not. I've had a new dishwasher and washing machine installed which of course you are welcome to use.

There's plenty of space in the room in question for a TV, small sofa or a desk, in addition to double/king bed and bedroom furniture. I haven't yet furnished the room as this will depend on what the incoming individual already has.

I am two minutes from the Wellingborough Road including a Co-op supermarket around the corner and Abington Park just 5 mins walk away.

In terms of what I'm into, I like most sports (playing and watching), travel, good food, gym, all kinds of music, and various other things. I've just moved to Northampton from London and am setting up a business in the next month so I'd rather the house wasn't a venue for weekend after parties etc.
