* Please note that this is an all female household and they all work at the local hospitals in Northampton. With their preferences at heart the new tenant will be female and also working within the medical profession*.

The house is within five minutes walk from Northampton General Hospital, and a similar amount of time to the top of the town centre. There are two double plug sockets, a TV point and radiator with adjustable thermostat. The monthly rental includes all bills (with the exception of the tenant's own TV licence).

The rental figure (£143.00 per week, which is the equivalent to £620.00 per calendar month) includes all bills, council tax, wireless broadband, free weekend calls (to UK landline numbers only),and the satellite TV package in the living room.

As landlords we have solely catered for tenants within the medical profession (i. e. hospital staff), therefore in respect of the existing tenants' requests in mind the new tenant must be female and employed at one of the local hospitals. Also, with the existing Tenants' interests at heart this is a property for non-smokers.
