hi
i am renting my room in a big townhouse out as i am moving in with my bf.
my room is a double, build in large wardrobe, en suite with power shower etc. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the living areas and kitchen have furniture.
rent is £317pm, with bills atm working out at around £115, so all in for under £450. I am moving out mid oct, but if you need to move sooner i have arranged with the landlady that you could move into the spare room (huge on top floor!) until i go, and we reduce the rent between 4 of us for a month or so.
With 2 girls, both work full time but around in eves, have a PT to house once a week and go gym etc.
