hi me and my friend have just rented a house in a great location right next to the hospital and extremely close to town.
We have two large single/ small double bedrooms available to let.
The house is getting 152mb Virgin Broadband installed on 22nd September which is included in the price and sky tv is getting installed in the shared lounge with the possibility of getting it in upstairs bedrooms for an extra £20 a month if the tenant wanted.
Me and my housemate are both quiet, clean and sociable.
