Female professional looking for a flatmate

I am a female professional and am looking for a flatmate in the two bedroom flat that I am currently renting. The flat is in a lovely quiet residential area with good links to the town centre and within 15 min walk from the train station. The room is a small double/ single, it comes unfurnished but has an in-built spacious wardrobe so you would only need to buy a bed. The rest of the flat is furnished and has a big living room and clean bathroom and kitchen areas that you will be sharing with me. I am new to Northampton and it would be nice to have someone to share with who would be up for doing something together from time to time.

The rent is £290 plus bills split two ways. Security deposit £450.
