I work away during the week and I'm looking for a Mon - Fri lodger to rent a double bedroom in my 2 bed Victorian House in Northampton.

Rent for Mon - Fri including bills is £450 per month.
My current lodger and I have a had a great system going for the last 2 years, we rarely cross paths and leave the house clean and tidy for each other, I will be sad to see him go!
Most of the house had been refurbished and is newly decorated. Bills are included and Sky TV and Wifi are also available.
Parking is always available on the street, which is residential and quiet.
I don't have a preference of either male or female but you must be working and be able to provide references. No smoking and no pets please, sorry!
