Really Nice 4 bed Victorian Terraced House in Kingedward road Abington Opposite the news agent just before ardington road, great safe location and Ideal if you work in town or at any of the hospitals as you are in easy walking distance, abington park is only 300yards away ,the house is in great order and has 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets ,the existing tennants are 2 ladies both working and really easy going ,there is only 1 bill to pay on top of the rent and that is electricity which generally works out at £10 a month everyting else is covered including internet. call me asap, as these rooms go really quick.
