I have a large single or small double room available to rent, ideally Mon-Friday in St. James, Northampton.
The house is close to Northampton Train Station (5 minute walk) pubs, supermarkets, corner shop, parks, restaurants etc.
It is a mid-terrace Victorian house, with shared fitted kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc), bathroom (bath/shower) and living room, good WiFi and TV and a garden with patio and bbq. The room is available furnished or non furnished so I'll await the new lodger to choose double or single bed etc.
I am friendly and tidy and am away working for most of the week so whoever shares will mostly have free roam of the house Mon/Fri. I would like someone who is tidy and who is prepared to leave the house clean for when I get back at weekends. I also enjoy the odd pub trip when I am in Northampton.
