Hello,

I am currently renting this property, seeking housemate to enter into monthly rolling contract.

£450 per month includes rent, utility bills, skytv including wi-fi. Everything is split down the middle.

Friendly, laid back individual, quiet lifestyle. Very clean and tidy house. I have all of the required kitchen/lounge furniture, however you would need a bed.

I work monday-friday 9am-5pm. Happy to keep myself to myself, but very sociable in terms of sharing communal space and especially if you have guests. Which of course are allowed. I enjoy cooking, watching tv and generally relaxing when not at work!

I am open to a couple joining, there is room for this and it would mean cheaper monthly payments.
