Double room with en suite available in a Georgian town house in the cultural quarter, the location is quiet but very central to the town centre, in close proximity to the hospital and royal derngate theatre.

There is a large kitchen diner with tv and modern appliances, a living room with digital smart tv, and 500MB fibre optic broadband throughout the house.

All bills are included including a cleaner twice a week. All current housemates are friendly and respectful and i would like a similar professional who will look after the place they live in.

Bright double room with two sash windows. Double bed with storage underneath, mirrored wardrobe, shelving with sets of drawers, bedside table, and desk.
The ensuite is fully tiled with a toilet, sink and shower.
