Lovely light spacious double room with a nice view of the garden, in a newly refurbished house in a quiet cul-de-sac with a large sunny patio, front, side and rear gardens and off road parking next to the property.

Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and a utility room with washing machine.
As we will share the living, dining, kitchen and bathroom we will need to get on. It is important that you like dogs as my 11 year old Labrador is my other house mate.

This is a Monday to Friday let, arriving on a Sunday evening is not a problem.

Park, public house and bus to town centre all at the end of the street. Close to university, 20 - 25 mins walk. 5 minutes from Moulton Park. 15 minutes to M1.

Monthly rent includes all bills and broadband/wifi. Terms: Rent 1 month in advance, plus deposit. Departure notice period 1 month in advance.
