Double room to let

Hi,
I have a spare double room in my flat which I am looking to let out, the room is furnished and has a new bed and mattress.

The flat is centrally located and has a large balcony, although the interior is quite compact.

I work as an engineer in Coventry. I start work at 8pm and so have to get up and leave quite early in the mornings, so on weekdays I go to bed quite early as well.

In my spare time I like to watch films, go to the gym or running, play indoor football, watch bands at local venues and go for a drink.

I'm looking for a lodger who is fairly easygoing and sociable, who can share a relatively small flat and who won't be noisy late on work evenings :)
