1 Bedroom for rent in a shared house

Hi Potential housemate!

We are looking for somebody to move into our shared house in Northampton town centre just off The wellingborough/Kettering road.

The occupant will be renting an upstairs bedroom which is pictured, the room is furnished and has a window.

The occupant will have access to the whole house which includes living room/dining room, Kitchen, down stairs toilet, bath room and garden which isn't pictured.

The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. The garden has 4 chairs and a table.

We are looking for somebody who is easy going and up for a laugh. You will be sharing the house with 2 guys in their early 20's
