The room has three double plug sockets, TV point, wall mounted mirror, radiator (with adjustable thermostat),and double glazed window with vertical blinds and black out curtains.

The rental fee of £145. oo per week (the equivalent to £625. oo per calendar month) includes all bills (gas, electric, water, council tax, broadband and Virgin media TV package in the communal living area), unless the Tenant owns their own television, in which case the Tenant will need to have their own TV license for their room.

As landlords we have solely catered for Tenants within the medical profession (i. e. hospital staff), therefore with the existing Tenants in mind there is the understandable preference for any new Tenant to be female and also working within the same profession.
