Local convenience stores very close on Kettering Road and decent local pubs and bars. Brand new coffee shop opened on street.

I have started my training as a paramedic in Birmingham and won't be in the property during the week very often and potentially sometimes even longer so really want trustworthy and considerate people.

**There is currently a dog in the property who is very quiet and friendly this lodger is leaving very soon and the dog will be leaving.**
