Rent includes full use of house, appliances & garden. Also includes all bills. There is one bathroom. The house will primarily be shared with one female housemate, and occasionally with one male too.

Couples are welcome, bur with slight increment in rent. Pets will be considered. Deposit negotiable in relation to circumstances.
