I have a furnished double room available in a large modern Victorian town house. The rent is £500 per and it is available now.

The house is less than a mile from the town centre and the train station. There is a very large Kitchen/diner and a large living room. The house has a bathroom with a W. C, an additional showeroom and 2 separate W. C's. The room has its own sink and mirror. I also provide high speed wireless broadband. All rooms are freeview ready. I have also employed a cleaner who will come once a fortnight to clean communal areas. I also have all the relevant fire precautions (i. e. Full panel alarm system and fire doors)

All Bills are included. The rooms are furnished. I only allow one occupant per room. All other tenants at the property are working professionals.
