Too Good To Be True !! Will Go Quickly

Hey! :) I have a room in the house I rent, it's pretty huge and really lovely it overlooks the garden, there are currently 2 girls and 2 guys currently living there ATM all friendly working professionals between 19 and 35, 2 cats - everything in the house is brand new, I did the whole place up last year so new carpets, decorated, kitchen, bathrooms, Windows- literally everything! The spacious room comes with a large beautiful wardrobe and bed with brand new mattress. The walls are covered with beautiful art work and It's nn1 so 10 min walk from town, washing machine and dryer, garden as well as off road parking area with bike shelter, wifi etc I tend to get a huge amount of interest with this place when I advertise so I tend to offer to specific people I think would work well in the house.
