Double room in fully furnished house

Clean and tidy house, I live there with one other person, he works nights I work days.
Only a short walk to Weston favell shopping centre and the bus station also local shop and gym .
Its fully furnished, sofa, tv, wifi, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer.
Plenty of cupboard space in kitchen.
Fibre broadband and bills all included.
Also recently fitted new combi boiler and converted the heating to a radiator system as the old system was warm air blowers and a hot water cylinder so no worries about the hot water running out!
Bath and electric power shower.
The house lay out is fairly simple, entrance hall leading to kitchen, lounge, downstairs toilet and Garden.
Upstairs has 3 bedrooms and bathroom which also has a toilet.
Then kitchen is an open planned kitchen/diner though in the dining area I've put a weights bench and may add a cross trainer soon.
Also fitted an oak bar that doubles as a breakfast bar area so the space is useable and functional.
The bedroom advertised has a brand new king size bed and mattress which I'm currently using, I'll be moving into the box room so that can stay or I can take it out of the house if you have your own, there's a large 4 section wardrobe and matching chest of drawers, again they can stay or go.
Curtains will be fitted I've just never been bothered while staying in there as nothing really overlooks it.

I'm relaxed, easy going, work hard, play hard, like to go to the gym, drink socially and have a laugh, play pool, love cars.
A bit about you...
My double would be great! But seriously, as I said I'm easy going so I don't have many criteria apart from being respectful, which means treat the place well, clean up after yourself and just generally don't be a problem to me, my house, my neighbours etc.
What you do in your times up to you, if you want to go to the room and stay there to relax in private, fine, if you want to relax downstairs thats fine too.
