Looking for a professional or student female to share home on a Monday-Friday basis. Room available from 17/02/2020.
A bright double loft room to rent in a family home. Use of all of the home and large garden. All bills and internet included. Recently decorated in clean neutral colours. Room comes fully furnished - double bed with new mattress, chest of drawers, bedside table, lamp, chair and TV (Furniture can be removed if you have your own).
I am happy to provide clean bedding/towels if required.
The local area is quiet with a coop supermarket in walking distance and a larger shopping centre 5-10 minute drive away. There are local bus routes walking distance to access town centre and other areas in Northampton. Off street driveway for parking.
My home is clean, tidy and well presented. I am an easy-going professional woman with a teenage daughter and a small friendly dog. We are generally pretty quiet and busy, looking for similar female to enjoy our home, if you think this type of rental may suit you please don't hesitate to contact me.
