Free Room In Exchange For Childcare

I am currently a single dad who works Nights and looking for someone who is looking for to look after my children aged 11 and 13 .
This would suit someone who is a student or working from home, and who would have the time available from Wednesday to Saturday in the evenings from 3pm. You would need to be self-sufficient, responsible and reliable. Hi, we are offering a rent and bill free single room in Briar Hill in return for babysitting. there is also space on the drive for a car if need be.
DBS check would be helpful, also work or university and landlord reference would essential. You'd need to be tidy, responsible, reliable and flexible, and of course understand that you are joining our family home, so if late nights, drinking and loud music are your thing, then this isn’t the house for you.
