House share- single room available

Modern feel end of terrace home in great condition. It is a two bedroomed house with one shared bathroom. The property is carpeted throughout and with radiator central heating. Quiet, friendly estate with off road parking for two cars. Reasonably spacious with private garden. Shared kitchen and living room with washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher.
There is a king size bed currently in the room but this can be changed for a single bed if required.
Looking for a house share buddy who is generally tidy, respectful and friendly. A good sense of humour and interest in sport would be a bonus.
