Double furnished room

I am currently looking for 1 female house mate to share the house
The room is a double with sole access to large bathroom across the landing . Bathroom has shower and corner bath.
Sink and vanity unit.

Room comes with a double bed, chest of draws, bed side cabinet and fitted wardrobe

Large lounge with TV leading to large well equipped kitchen and nice sized enclosed garden. Also, a WC and basin on ground floor.

The house is located in a cul de sac so plenty of parking available.
I do not live in the house.
