Sharing a quiet 3 bedroom house in a quiet cul de sac, in a nice pleasant village of Earls Barton.

A single room. Room has just a single bed, mattress, high shelves on perimeter and curtains in it, otherwise unfurnished though happy to add additional furniture if needed. Recently painted so feels fresh.

Although listing as room you will have full use of rooms/equipment, house has all basic needed items, but a bit light on cooking pots/pans etc if you are a wanna be chef, Im not :-) Its not the Ritz as has been set up on a budget :-) but generally clean, tidyish and has all essentials etc.

I'm a very busy professional male, I have my 14 year old son living with me half the time, he stays away frequently. I work away occasionally too and alternate weekends you won't prob see us.

Looking for someone I can get on with, maybe a laugh, drink after work etc, also trust.

Includes bills, including fast virgin broadband. Applicants would be checked for suitability with a mind of putting child first.

Garage available for storage if you need, short driveway.

Full sharing of amenities and main rooms, kitchen/wash machine/tumble dryer/lounge/largeish TV/Netflix/Prime/nowTV etc again in my mind more more house sharing on these aspects.

Easy going / relaxed house, however I really don't like having to chase for payments so please ensure you can be reliable on that side 😊
