I live with my daughter and cat. We r lots of time out and about so u will see us rarely, and we r happy to share our lovely family house with some nice, clean, respectful proffesional. Separate bathroom possibly only for u to use, next to your room, or shated with another guest if there is one too. Driveway or on street parking available. Garden with furnitures, super fibre broadband. TV in room. Access to kitchen. Company references are must, no previous convictions.2 weeks written notice required.
You are expected to clean your bathroom once per week and every other week shared spaces if you use them like kitchen. No swearing, laud music, no overnight visitors. we respect your privacy 😊so pls do the same to us.
All bills included. Lovely calm atmosphere, quiet location near stanwick lakes. New estate, close to Asda, KFC, Mcdonald and Warth Park.
