Furnished Double Room in Raunds with own bathroom

I'm looking for a housemate to join me in my 3 bed town house very close to Raunds town centre.

There is a choice of 2 rooms, the other will be a guest bedroom. You will have sole use of the first floor bathroom, so although not an en-suite it's the next best thing. There is a small garden to the rear of the house.

There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen and the house has very fast (almost 1 gig) Internet, ideal for working from home if needed.

There's no off street parking, but plenty of nearby on street parking available.

I have 2 cats. They're cautious of new people, but are very friendly once they know you. They're not great with other cats and haven't been treated with dogs so I definitely wouldn't be able to take anyone on with cats, and would have to test how they are with cat friendly dogs.

I'm an electrical engineer. I tend to work from home 1-2 days a week, and work fairly locally on other days. I'm more than happy to consider people with abnormal working hours. I'm very laid back, hoping to find someone similar. I enjoy movies, music and video games, and am happy to include my new housemate as much or as little as they wish. It would be great to find someone who would be interested in sharing cooking, but that's by no means necessary.
