3 Bedroom semi

This is a three bedroom semi, the room to let is a double room, the house has a large living room, large bathroom, average size kitchen.

There is a three and two seater settee lazy boy leather recliner, 42 inch plazma on the wall.

There are two other lodgers living in the house in there twenties and thirties, both are professional people and are very easy going, I am looking to rent the third bed room, this is a double with a king size bed.
This is a very clean house.
