Professional Female sought

I am a sports coach. My home Is 2 years old and is fully furnished with all new furniture. I am looking for a professional young lady to share my home with who has respect and seeks privacy. I do not want any lodger bringing back " guests" to the house. I will happily cook for the said person if I am cooking for myself at no extra cost.

The bedroom comes with your own bathroom, that will only be used by the lodger. Its not ensuite but is on the landing and will be yours fully.

The house has broadband and Sky TV. All bills are included but of course if there is big substantial increase etc then we would discuss options and agree a way of both being happy.

It's very important to me that my home is secure and looked after as its a most wonderful home. Therefore a professional lady is sought with this in mind.

The price is low for this village based new home, but as I have stated I am after a very particular person who understands decency and respect to this modern home.

About myself: I teach Girls in the sport of gymnastics and I am DBS stated first aid qualified and I am a representative of British Gymnastics as tutor and assessor. I have been in the sport for 25 years.
I am a father of 5 daughters, none live with me.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are within and the house boasts a nice sun facing back garden and is not looked over. All bedding pillows and towels are provided. The place is perfect for a professional individual wanting a really nice quiet home away from the stress of noise and light pollution.
The house has fitted alarm system and drive way for a car. The village has everything, docs, chemist, post office, pub, petrol garage (with mini market) local store, churches, hairdressers & buses.
