Utility bills, council tax and broadband are covered in the rental.
The rent for this area is 750 pounds per calendar month.

There are two people living in the property, both of whom are working professional people.

I am looking for a tenant who is a professional working person who understands and respects the need for peace and quiet as one of the tenants works shifts and I have early starts.

The house has a garden at the back and is situated in a quiet, peaceful cul de sac populated by retired couples or young families.

As a landlord and tenant I am extremely approachable and love meeting new people.
