1 Double ensuite bedroom

I have a new modern built house on a privately owned estate. I have one room already taken by my son so another easy going professional would be very welcomed. The bedroom is furnished in a clean modern way with an en suite bathroom and all mod cons in the kitchen including a built in dishwasher and washing machine.
I am a friendly bubbly woman who enjoys a friendly laugh, I am easy going but busy with working full time. In the last year we have added a hot tub and recently got a dog as we have a working farm. Our dog sleeps in her cage in the kitchen so we are looking for someone who likes dogs. Please note our dog is not aggressive but friendly.
We are looking for someone who can provide a reference but if you cannot then please don’t let this stop you from having a chat with us, we are more than understanding to peoples situations.
