Single / double room

Good sized spare room available in a clean and quiet flat. The room is bright with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light and looks out onto green space, which makes it feel really peaceful. It has neutral décor with grey carpet, so it’s easy to make it feel like your own space.

The room can comfortably fit either a single or a double bed depending on what you prefer, and there’s still space for additional furniture like a wardrobe, drawers, or a desk.

You’ll also have access to a shared living room and shared kitchen.

I’d ideally like someone who’s friendly and easy to get along with, and it would be nice if we could be more like friends rather than just people sharing a flat. I’m pretty easy-going and always up for doing things together sometimes, whether that’s watching something, going out, or just having a chat.

I work long shifts most of the week so I’m not always around, but when I am home I like a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere
